About the Fund
Named in honor of the late William “Kalani” Mahoe, this fund was created by Mariano-Soquena Foundation Founder & CEO, Gino Soquena, to honor the person who took a chance on him and gave him the opportunity to become who he is today.
The William “Kalani” Mahoe Memorial Academic & Sports Scholarship Fund will award Academic & Sports Scholarships to youth from the State of Hawaii whose parents are members of a Union.
Eligibility
- Youth from the State of Hawaii
- Parents who are members of a Union
- Demonstrated academic achievement or sports participation
